It briefly starts S/Dru - she dies in childbirth. Spike keeps calling the nurse (Buffy) because he hasn't a clue what to do.

Spike hears Parker tell his friends about Buffy, shoves him in the wall and says he should watch out... Riley sees all this and says: "Maybe an older brother?" Forrest: "No mand, that was definitely boyfriend anger"
