Season 6ish

I am looking for a story i read quite awile ago. it was direcely following "The Gift" I cant actually remember much about it except that Angel comes down for the funeral or something like that and ends up going to the oracals because since he gave up his humanaty Buffy wasnt supposed to die then. I know some how it was a spuffy story but only because i remember reading it on a spuffy site. If anyone can help it would be great. Thank you
