looking for a fic...

Buffy and Spike are getting married.
Hank comes for the wedding but dosen't know about vamps/slayers.
Spike has no papers, Hank gets suspious and calls the cops.
Spike gets arrested and put in jail.
Angel comes to the rescue with 'papers'.

any idea of who the Author is, or a story title?
