Howdy Everybody.

Had the glorious chance to come across this community and now I'm looking for a little help...

Read (and lost!) a Spuffy fanfic within the past few weeks... It takes place S6 during "As You Were" in between 'tell me you love me/ you know I love you' and Riley's arrival at the crypt.

Buffy and Spike decide they can't be together anymore because it's hurting each of them too much, so B gets up and dressed quickly, not wanting Spike to know that Riley (and his 'I have a perfect wife' deal) was the reason she acted different today/told Spike to declare his desire before they got busy. Then Riley and Sam bust in with the whole egg doctor situation. Spike admits he has the eggs in the basement, saying his friend offered him big $ to hold them, which thus leads Buffy ro realize he did this to get money for her (as he said he would in "Doublemeat Palace"). Sam and Riley head down to deal with them, as Spike goes up to Buffy, says he's sorry, says to remember he always loves her and then he leaves. Kinda angsty/emo-esque, but quite touching... and I'll forever adore anyone who can give me hints as to where I can find it again. Sorry if that message was terribly incoherent... Spuffy messes with my brain waves. :-P
