Help please!

Uh...right, so I'm a chronic longtime lurker of... just about everywhere and finally broke down today to join live journal because I am slowly driving myself (more) insane not knowing the name of this fic. It was a time travel fic (and yes, I already checked out the other time travel fic searches) set post-chosen. Buffy had to go back in time, I believe it was to season 2, to follow some demon or other who could jump timelines or something to that effect. She was equipped with a memory wiping potion compliments of Willow in case someone should happen to find out who she was, which of course Spike did. She, of course, killed the demon, had a fabulous, lost-in-time, sex-filled weekend with Spike, and then wiped his memory and went back to the future all heartbroken. Only when she got back to her apartment all sad and weepy, it turned out Spike retained enough of his memories that by the time the last battle came around, he believed Buffy when she said she loved him, therefore surviving the battle and living happily ever after with Buffy. And despite all I can remember about this fic, I don't know what it was called, who it was by, or where I read it. Any help would be much appreciated.
