Angel on trial for killing Drogyn

I remember reading this at one time, but can't seem to find it anywhere. The Slayers crash the fight in 'Not Fade Away'. Angel gets one arm cut off and, after the the battle is over, Buffy arrests him for killing Drogyn. The head back to England for the trial where Spike ends up as Angel's defense consul.
Any Ideas?
