Looking for a Fic

Hi

I'm looking for a story on FF.net (I think). In the story Spike's wife, who was a slayer, comes back to life. Also she was pregnant before she died and she became pregnant again. Spike's wife knew about Buffy and Spike's feelings for each other, but she told Buffy that Spike would never leave her. At the end I think that the wife died, but she gave Buffy her blessing to be with Spike.
