Post-Seeing Red/Grave, Spike returns with a "brother"

I wish I could remember more details about this fic, but please let me know if it sounds familiar.

Spike leaves Sunnydale, I think after Seeing Red.  When he returns, he has another man with him.  The man is like a brother to him, and apparently they have trained together as fighters or practitioners of a particular religion.  Spike and his "brother" have returned to help fight an apocalypse.  At some point, their "sister", an older woman, also comes to help out.  

I think that his friend/brother's name may start with a "K".
