Everyone ends up at a farm where Buffy is grieving Spike. Eventually, Elves that Spike had saved from Angelus many years ago arrive to sing a lament for him and the others who have fallen. Meanwhile, Spike is back, but confused and is being helped by a human girl who lost someone to a vampire attack.
Some of the details might be muddy, but does this ring any bells?
