Spuffy fic

I was wondering if you guys could help me find a fic... It's after Angel loses his soul for the first time and ends up turning Buffy- spike is still in the wheelchair. Spike has a core group of minons, I think 5 or so. there's one girl minion- she helps buffy toward the end of the fic to get spike's attention- I think she teaches buffy how to give spike a b.j. or something like that. The one thing that really stood out was Spike and a local nonviolent demon clan- they run the local demon banks/ Political power- have a contract together.  I hope this was enough, for you guys to help. I've been going crazy looking for this fic.

About three years ago, I read Spike/Xander fic in which Spike is badly burnt and Xander looks after him as he slowly heals and that's about all I remember.

It's a very long story and I read it on the author's website, not an archive. It's driving me crazy that I can't find it.

I hope someone can help...
