Spuffy fic; david bowie?!

Hi guys, I am trying to find a Spuffy story that I think is called "Changes", has a David Bowie thing running through it and is fairly long. I think there might be nazi baddies as well?! I also seem to remember that it was written by two people?
I know that whoever wrote Changes wrote another fic that was similar in terms of having a song as a title. Sorry to be so vague, I will be extremely grateful for any help here at all; I have tried so many combinations of words in Google, and was getting some, err, interesting links, but nothing even close to the story I am looking for!
