o-bugger.livejournal.comBuffy is paralyzed and unable to fight due to some poison or something, in the cemetery, with Spike there. He picks her up and takes her to his crypt and lays her on the bed, and she's frightened he'll take advantage of her, but he doesn't. I think it's season five, when Buffy knows Spike is in love with her but I'm not sure.
Another fic with sort of the same idea: being poisoned and brought back to Spike's crypt. In the other one the poison was some special kind of demon thing that was affecting her strongly and the 'cure' or the way to stop it before it burned her out meant an orgasm or being touched or I forget the exact words, but with a vampire. Buffy wants to jump Spike but he stops it and then 'cures' her and takes her to Giles' apartment, where Giles recognizes what the poison had been and threatens Spike, but Buffy lets him go. Talking to Giles, Buffy realizes he had seen someone die because of the poison before. Does anyone recognize either of these fics? Sorry I don't have more details.
