AU, kinda Time Travel Spuffy fic

I read this fic a long time ago, so I'm a bit hazy on the exact details. I think that after Buffy jumped into the portal in "The Gift", she woke up in her S2 body. None of the Scoobies really believe that she's from the future and she tries to move on. I think S2 Spike is the only one who believes her, or he pretends to believe her or something, I'm not sure. Back in the post-Gift world, I think Spike finds out about Willow's plan to bring Buffy back and he convinces her to cast a spell that will allow him to go wherever Buffy is after she jumped in the portal. He ends up in S2 Spike's body (and vice versa) and convinces Buffy that she isn't crazy and that he's really from the future to bring her home. The two either just finished having sex or are about to when the two Spikes suddenly switch back into their own bodies. S2 Spike taunts Buffy that he was only tricking her and she becomes heartbroken. S2 Buffy is in the story somewhere, but I don't remember how or when, just that she falls for S5 Spike. It ends with the two Spikes meeting in some portal type place to switch the Buffys back. I think I read it on the Bloodshedverse, if that helps at all. <FOUND> In The Mind by WendyJane

Someone started a fic based on a dream Buffy has in Fixing the Factors, where humans are pets to vampires. The fic was a WIP last I checked and Lawson worked for Spike and Xander and Gunn were vamps and Buffy and Faith Slayers that belonged to Spike and Angelus was a jerk and somehow humans could have vampire's kids and Buffy and Spike had a boy and a girl and I remember a lot of little details that don't help me find the fic on search engines no matter how I try! Does anyone recognize it? I know I read it before on Elysian Fields at least.
