Looking for a Spuffy fic

In this Spuffy fic, it's an all-human AU fic, where Buffy and Spike only meet in dreams. When it starts, Spike is a drug addict with Xander as his former roommate and he's still hung up over Drusilla. Buffy is his guide of sorts in this dreamscape (and Giles in charge of the place; Tara's there as well). Eventually Spike cleans up his life and becomes a famous movie star while Buffy ends up marrying Doyle (who dies later on) and has a daughter with him. It ends with Buffy and Spike finally meeting up in person.

I think I read it at Dark Solace or Spuffy Realm.

Any ideas?
