AU All Human Spuffy Fic

Ok so for the life of me I can't remember this story I read awhile back. When I first read it, it only had like 1 or 2 chapters to it so I don't remember a lot about it. Here's what I do remember though:

So Spike and Buffy are like best friends. Spike is a drug addict and almost OD's one night. The beginning of the story starts out with Spike waking up in the Hospital and he finds Buffy sitting next to his bed. I think she's asleep or something, anyways beside the point. After Spikes awake Buffy starts giving him a lecture about what a stupid thing he did and about his addiction. She was scared that he was dead or that he will die if he doesn't stop. I think Spike is doing drugs bcuz he was dating Dru and then she left him. And I'm pretty sure Spike and Buffy have feelings for one another but they don't know that they both do.

Please help me if you can.
