Seeking Spike...Desperately

 Hi!  I'm looking for a Spuffy story that I read a while back.  There was a character named Penny that the Powers That Be sent to Sunnydale.  Penny was from from another dimension where Buffy was (god forbid) a TV show.  Penny convinces the Scoobies that Spike is a white hat now and everyone ends up trusting him.  Penny ends up with Willy the bartender.  Does that sound familiar to anyone?  Thanks so much!
