Writing "Buffy loves Spike"

I am looking for a Spike/Buffy fic that takes place Post-NFA. Buffy is staying in Spike's apartment, spending most of her time dreaming about memories of being with him, and it turns out Spike somehow communicates with her, too. I can't remember that part very clearly, but I do remember, absolutely, that Dawn was very much on her sister's side now. She gives Willow a real, in-depth talking to and makes her write "Buffy loves Spike. Buffy will always love Spike. Buffy will love Spike forever." on the wall outside his apartment five hundred or some other big number of times in pencil. Willow does so, explaining that it's only a certain number of letters, and that she had time to think, and she's totally remorseful and undderstanding that she did not understand Buffy since she came back, or her relationship with Spike.

Please, does someone recognize this?
