AH Fic, 911 Operators

I've been going crazy trying to remember a fic I read ages ago, maybe somebody will recognize it?  It's an all-human Spuffy, where Buffy and Spike (and various other characters, Willow, Tara, etc.) are 911 emergency operators.  They work a lot of late nights, and the job is really stressful...they're all pretty depressed, I think?  On Buffy's day off, I kind of remember Spike finding her in the park and they end up getting to know each other better (not a euphemism, I think they actually talk to each other first before angstysex time).  An NC-17 fic, I'm pretty sure.  Does that sound familiar to anyone?  I'm clueless!

i know this isn''t a lot to go on. i'm looking for a spuffy story i read a while back, the only detail about it that i remember clearly is that april-bot is in the story. she lives with buffy and cooks and cleans. i think this is a season 6 fic. it was a really good fic.

Looking for a fic.

Don`t remember what season but i think 6 or 7. Spike leaves Sunnydale and finds another race of vampires. He goes through a lot hard trials to become one of them and gets new powers on the way.
He returns to SD with a new "brother" that charms the hell outa the Scoobs with a smile.
Later his new "mother"? joins the gang and teachs them some lessons.
Anybody an idea what i`m laking about or is the whole shebang a crazy thing my brian came up with?!
