Looking for two spuffy fics...

Okay, I'm searching for two Spuffy fics that I read forever ago.

1. This one, I think, took place in an AU season 4/5. I remember enough that Spike had moved into his crypt. Anyway, in the fic, he starts to act oddly and Buffy, looking for answers, goes to Giles. She discovers a secret that the Council has tried to keep from her (and all Slayers) about about vampires saying that as vamps age they have the ability to start gaining back their humanity and to become 'good'. Obviously, Buffy is horrified by this and that's all I can really remember.

2. An all human AU where Buffy is a prostitute in, I think, NYC and Spike is maybe a lawyer, or something, I'm not sure, and he discovers her on the street one night, picks her up, and takes her home to live in his apartment. He helps her start turning her life around and they get closer together in the process.

If anybody can help me find these two fics, I'd greatly appreciate it. ♥

YAY! For once I even know the title of the fic I'm looking for, I just can't find it anywhere! It was called A Penny for your thoughts(maybe without "thoughts") Penny is actually a main original character that opens the gang's eyes to how valuable Spike(and Anya?) is. Angel is also there at some point with Cordy and Wes and there's lots of Angel bashing!

Please, help! I want to read that fic again SO much! Thank you!
