William/Elizabeth Regency Fic?

Okay, I'm looking for a William/Elizabeth Regency period fic. I can't remember much about it, but I remember that William was a Lord in the story and Elizabeth needed to marry well because the family wasn't doing so good and it was written very much in the style of Pride & Prejudice. Is this ringing any bells for anyone?
