Spike/Glory fic?

I read this story a while back. It goes back to the day Glory tortured Spike. However, she tortured him much further. She put a collar on him that "aroused" him every time he talked, and then sorta raped him, I guess. I think she skewered him to the wall, but I'm not sure... I know she forces sexual acts on him. He still does escape, though, and I think it was still with Buffy's aid.

Anyone know this story? Any help is much appreciated!
