Looking for two Buffy/Spike stories...

#1 - Reincarnation. Buffy was Mary Magdalene. Spike was...Jesus? I seem to remember them being trapped in a cave together, but I could be mistaken. I read this at least five years ago.

#2 - Buffy winds up meeting Spike in LA as a small child. For some reason he protects her/makes sure Dru doesn't eat her. I keep on thinking of her real name being Elizabeth in this one, with Buffy being a pet name, but I might be thinking of something else.

Any clues/help would be great.
