Looking for a story in which Spike is famous somehow, and ends up sleeping with Buffy. She gets pregnant but can't get a hold of him because his manager (Cecily, maybe?) thinks she's just a groupie.  Later he comes back into the picture and Dawn hates him. I think Willow tells him "Sunnydale hates you" and he realizes he's not on any magazines because people know how he used her.  Anybody recognize?
