the Power of Giles over the Scoobies

 I read these two stories a couple of years ago and the scenarios have been haunting me for weeks.  Story the first: Slash story.  Xander and Giles are close to starting a relationship and Giles is backing down due to Xander's age.  Xander is trying to convince him that he is old enough to know what he wants.  He mentions once seeing Giles (or I should say the Ripper side of him) picking Buffy up one day and throwing her across the room.  Xander used that show of strength as jack-off fodder for weeks.

Story two involves Giles, Buffy, (and Spike?).  Giles is being coerced by the Council to rape Buffy, either by threat of being deported or he's been drugged, making him overly aggresive.  Buffy might have been drugged to weaken her.  I seem to recall Spike being there watching, but I can't remember if he was urging him on or trying to get him to stop.
