anybody write Willow/Tara/Oz?

I'm re-reading a BtVS triple-time period AU where Buffy, in an effort to nip Willow's magic addiction in the bud before it even starts, suggests to Oz that he go to Tara and propose a triad relationship.  Buffy, being from about three years in the future and knowing that Tara never could say no to Willow, figures that Oz is strong enough to rein Willow in when she starts to dabble and gentle enough to not overpower Tara and damage her self-esteem even more.

So...I was wondering if anyone had written a story where Oz, Willow, and Tara are in a triad.  Not just the three getting together for a night or a weekend, but an ongoing relationship.
