Lost.......help?

I once (this was very long ago - probably back before the end of season 7) read a story where Spike returned as human. Okay, I read lots of stories where he came back as human (and once as a slayer!!) but what I'm interested is two stories:

1. Where it's told in Buffy's perspective (I don't remember if it was in 1st person or not but it was all her side of the story) where Spike comes back human and I don't really remember the rest of it but I do recall that they found out that Spike had been sick as a human - that he'd been dying from some sort of cancer and now that he was human he was still dying.

2. This is an old story - how old, I have no clue. Basically, Spike comes back as a human and Buffy, not realizing he's human, nearly kills him. I don't remember if it was a Spike/Buffy or Spike/Angel - but I do know he goes to live with Angel for a while.

And.....

3. I'll probably find this one again, but just in case I don't - anyone know the story where Spike gets his soul but ends up as something else (not human) but not really a vampire. What I do remember is that he kills a priest or something who was abusing children and he wears a blessed cross..... Back when I read it and lost it, it was  WIP - I don't know if it was ever finished.

Angel gifts Buffy the 12 Days of Xmas

 The story I'm looking for if an old one; pre-graduation so pre-Doyle and pre-Dawn.  Angel get the help of the whole gang, including Faith and Joyce in giving Buffy one gift a day on the traditional Twelve Days of Christmas.

Looking for older Spuffy fics

Edited because I remembered a couple more I was looking for:
I am looking for a few Spuffy fics and I unfortunately do not remember much about, lol. They are longer chapter fics, drama/romance, NC-17 or MA and take place in the future or shortly after Chosen.

1.The first one I know that Buffy and Spike are getting married and the are in England - while she is shopping for her trousseau he goes to a lawyer (with maybe Xander and Willow) that caters to the demon world that he has had since shortly after being turned and has kept track of his business affairs and important property. If I remember right he had a safe deposit box there that had some of his mother's jewelry that he picked from for Buffy. It may also be this same fic that Buffy and Spike meet up after being separated for awhile in a cottage in Bath (maybe) that belonged to Giles. I think that it was raining in this scene.

2.The second fic is one where I believe that they are at the Slayer School - either in Rome or England, I don't remember - and the main scenes I remember are they are having a large party, maybe a birthday party. Oz is back and rekindling a relationship with Willow. I also think that maybe sometime during the party Robin makes an attempt on Spike's life and maybe taken Faith hostage and Buffy and the gang have to find them when secret rooms of the compound.

3. This one may take place during the series, not for sure, where Spike goes off to obtain his soul via the trials and he goes through an under ground railroad of sorts and is helped by several people along the way.

4. Has a mated Spuffy along with the AI Crew. Spike and Lorne are being held hostage by Dru and some minions along. The gang is sent a tape showing where Spike is forced by Dru to feed off a person but Lorne hums "Everything I do, I do it for you" by Bryan Adams. Some sort of spell is cast so that Spike forgets that he is not with Buffy and he thinks that he is still with Dru. They go to the Hyperion to attack the group but Spike recognizes Buffy as his mate and stakes Dru when she attacks Buffy. Angel and Spike have a Hyperion rooftop memorial for Dru and scatter her dust. Also during the fic Lorne is still in the house that they where being held hostage in with a bunch of teanagers that Dru's gang and collected for food and the building is set on fire but Lorne and the others are rescued by Spike, Buffy the Scoobies and the AI crew.

I know not much to work with but I am hoping that someone remembers and thinks "O' I know exactly which ones she is talking about", lol. Thanks in advance.
