surviving the superflu

I'm reading an Anita Blake xover where Spike, Connor, Dawn, plus 1 travel to her 'verse, fleeing a The Stand/I am Legend/28 Days Later type superflu, and that brought to mind another superflu story where Spike finds his way to Buffy's house.  Willow has been taking care of Oz and Buffy's taking care of Giles in their last days.  The girls, Spike, and Xander decide to get motorcycles and travel east.  Buffy insists on looking for Angel first.  By the time they find him he's already sick but hides it from them.  Spike smells the sickness but agrees not to tell the others.  Ring a bell anyone?

Does anyone know the name of a humorous two-part fan fiction story about Spike's session with a vampire psychiatrist? Part Two features a group session with the Fanged Four - Spike, Angel, Darla and Drusilla. Does anyone know the name of this story?
