AtS S5 Fic

Does anyone remember a Spike/Buffy fic set in AtS Season 5 where a female W&H employee is infected with Illyria instead of Fred. Buffy gets to know her quite well and sits at her bedside as she's dying. I can't come up with any other detail than that (although it's possible that Illyria manifests and goes off somewhere instead of sticking around - though that might be a completely different fic, knowing the way I mix things up).

I've looked for this for several days and have come up blank, so am starting to thing I imagined the whole thing. I know it's not Enigmatic Blue's "Seas Between Us Broad Have Roared" because that's a male employee that gets infected, and it's not one where either Harmony or Buffy herself are infected as I've found those too.

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated. :)

Also there's a fic that's been bugging me. It's either set in Nightmares or Halloween but I believe it's the former, Spike runs across Buffy while she's a vamp and realizes she has no sire. In order for him to take over as hers, he has to drain her and she has to feed from him. It makes her a permanent vampire when the spell thing lifts.
