I'm looking for a fanfic I read a couple of years ago. From what I remember about it, it took place a while after season 7 and Buffy, Willow, and Giles were the only survivors of the group. I think the story was told in journal form from all their POVs. It was a pretty dark story, they all seemed pretty messed up after all their friends died. I wish I could remember more about it, but I only have some bits and pieces. Any help anyone could give me would be great!!

ETA - Found it! It's Essential Fragility by K. V. Wylie. It's actually Post Season 3, so I was way off there. I guess that's what happens when there's a near-apocalypse every season.
