A sequel to the Yellow Brick Road series?

Ok, a few weeks ago, i was looking for the Yellow Brick Road by Holly.  While i was searching for that fic, i stumbled onto something that looked to be a...sequel to the whole series?  It started in the beginning at season 4, so it was after the whole blowing up the high school.  It was telling what happened after.  I remember going to different links to the first of the series to reread it all over again.  But by the time i finished, i had lost where i found the season 4 one.

Or maby i imagined a season 4 fic that continued the Yellow Brick Road series?  Would anybody know about this?  Thanks!
