Looking for fic... FOUND

It's been a few years since I read it so the details are a bit hazy. I remember that Buffy and Spike were both being held by, I believe, a group of some sort. While in captivity, they have sex, during which Spike bites Buffy. I think they may have been drugged or somehow "encouraged" to have sex? I'm not real clear on that, to be honest. I remember that she does end up pregnant and later in the fic the two of them are in England (or perhaps Paris, France?) hiding out in a house. Eventually, Buffy gets back in contact with her friends/family. As I said, it's been years since I've read it and it's a bit hazy and a lot trope-y, but I'm hoping someone will know what I'm talking about. Thanks!

Short fic, Buffy is married to a shanshued Angel, but Spike stays with them when he is in town (old friend, co-worker, fellow whitehat) and he and Buffy make love when they can. Not a happy situation for any of them (okay, maybe Angel's happy because he's oblivious to the other relationship in Buffy's life) so it's more than a bit angsty. I'd thought it was by Anaross (just seems like something she'd do), but couldn't find it when I went looking on her website, so... anyone?
