Buffy/Giles Fic

A while back a read a Buffy Giles fanfic that was based off the concept that if the slayer does not slay she gets sexually worked up, something about what Faith said when we first met her. Anyway she goes to Giles and he tells her that it is not uncommon for a slayer and their watcher to sleep together due to their lifestyle and they start a physical relationship, however Giles falls in love and hates it and then buffy falls for him but has a hard time proving it to him, does anyone know this fanfic?
