Xander and Oz writing together

The first story I'm looking for takes place several years after Xander has left Sunnydale. He hasn't seen the gang for a long while when Giles shows up at his door. Giles tells him that he fell into being an editor for a series of horror/mystery novels that had story lines that were familiar to him. It was stuff that had actually happen to them in S'dale. Xander and Oz were living together as a couple with a dog and cat were writing under, I think, the name Harris Daniels. Giles tells them that he'd married Anya and they had a baby.
