Not much to go on...

All I remember about this story is that it's an AU/AH, set somewhere in Europe.  Not exactly sure if it's present time or in the past.  All I remember is the ending - Buffy leaves Spike and goes to a cabin.  I think the cabin has some significance to them?  Anyway, Spike comes after her.  Like I said, it's not much to go on, but I'm hoping it rings some bells.
