Looking for two stories

delilahdraken1) A Wesley/Angel story in which Wesley is made a vampire.
I don't remember if Angel is the one to do it or just takes over sire responsibilities, but Angel spends a lot of time making sure that Wesley does not kill anyone. There is a scene with Wes doing research on something with his leg chained to the table.
Also, somewhere in the story Wesley kills Lilah Morgan and, while Angel is certain that once Wes gets his soul back he will feel dreadful about it, Wesley says that he won't feel any remorse about this kill. There is also a conversation about how Wesley won't/can't love Angel once the soul is put back.
2) This one has been swirling through my head for a while now.
The only thing I remember is that either Willow or Dawn is talking about reading some book/novel/poetry collection and it comes out that Spike was the author. Apparently he became quite famous after his death, though more for the stories he wrote than for the poems he actually wanted to create.
