Back in Time

thekatandmonkey.livejournal.comI'm looking for two stories I read a few months ago.
In both I think Spike gets sent back by PTB, I know in one of them he is not allowed to keep his soul, but I can't remember which.
Anyways the first one he's sent back just after he killed Nikki, he leaves Dru and eventually goes looking for Buffy on her birthday and goes into the hospital and promises to never let anything bad happen to her again. He spends most of his life looking after her from the shadows and almost goes completely blind when he fights a demon. He runs into Angel in Sunnydale and tells him to back off of Buffy. But when they start dating he tells Angel about the clause with his soul and Angel leaves town.
In the second Spike is sent back before the fight with Glory. He tries to be helpful but Buffy gets suspicious and tries to get info out of him by beating as badly as she did in Dead Things. Giles I think puts a truth spell on him and finds out whats really happening, but decided to keep it a secret. Spike tries to get Joyce to see the doctor more, but she still dies. Spike starts to feel more and more that he can't change things and feels more pressured to try. He gets the idea to make the Buffybot as a distraction for Glory and once again gets mistaken as the Key and is tortured, which leaves him in a worse mental state. So much so that he tells the knights about Ben, but they all get killed. After they decide to run like before, but just when Spike thinks things will go right Glory takes Dawn away and he's the one who ends up catatonic.
