LF Spike/Xander fic

I'm looking for a Spike/Xander fic. I don't remember much, but I think it was an alternate universe of some sort. Joyce was alive and Dawn was there. Xander was making weapons and selling them online, and he had learned some magic from Ethan Rayne. There was a house that Xander owned, outside Sunnydale. It was more long and plotty than short and porny.
