Buffy/Spike Post-Chosen

I'm looking for a fic that I read a couple years ago and I haven't been able to find it since. It is post-Chosen. Buffy was not coping well with Spike's "death" and had quit slaying and left because she overheard the Scoobies talking about removing her memories of Spike. Giles and Willow had then created an Buffy-look-a-like who was in Rome. That is who Angel and Spike saw with the Immortal. There was a point where Buffy was crawling through the air ducts and Spike was following her and some sort of prophecy and the Buffy look-a-like had had sex with all the Scoobies.
