Looking for a Shanshu Spike Fic

I can't find a fic on the Elysian Fields website where Spike shanshues and breaks his back.  Buffy has to take care of him.  Later he gets kidnapped, becomes forcefully addicted to a drug-like blood, and almost gets sold as a sex-slave.  Does this sound familiar to anybody?
