Help remembering a title

I'm trying to find a fic I read several years ago. It's Spuffy and the big fight at the end is Spike, Buffy and the Scoobies at Sunnydale's hospital fighting off these creatures they describe as almost being angels. They are angry at Buffy for polluting herself by being with Spike. If I recall correctly, these creatures throw cars around the hospital parking lot in the midst of the big battle.
