Fic based around forever/intervention - spuffy

GRRR!! If anyone could help me, i’d really appreciate it.

I read a spuffy fic a few weeks ago and have completely forgotten who wrote it and what it’s called (typical of me).

Al I do remember, is it’s based around forever/intervention time. Buffy starts to become more friendly with spike as they patrol together etc.

I’m sure there was a scene where they’re at the beach (or somewhere non patrolley) and Spike keeps looking at Buffy, when she asks him what he’s thinking, he says something along the lines of “i’m thinking about kissing you".

I think they get close to kissing but Buffy pulls away last minute - I can’t remember!!!! *cries*

I know it’s not a lot to go on, but if anyone could give me any suggestions i’d really appreciate it!!!!
