Old fic where Xander turns into a girl

There's an old fic I read once upon a time where an evil lady is holding back Willow and Buffy because they're supernatural, but Xander sneaks up on her and grabs her amulet off of her. He turns into a girl because only a female can wield the amulet. They can change him back at the next full moon or something but Willow is falling in love with him/her.
