AtS, plague, Cordelia centered story

I'm looking for a specific story. It's set in the AtS verse, that is LA rather than Sunnydale. Some human-made plague has been loosed upon the world and the survivors, or at least some of them, are holed up in the Hyperion. Cordelia and a couple of the others are on the roof. When the other two go back inside, Cordelia starts coughing. She has the plague and is hiding it for as long as she can so she can keep helping others.

I know it's not much to go on but that's all I recall.
