time travelling Willow fic

I’m looking for a time travel fic. Spike, big bad Spike, and Willow end up going back in time. I forget the pretense but he’s making her take him back and she controls how far back they go and takes it back further than he’d intended. Willow, deciding to fix things, brings them back to Liam’s turning to try to prevent it. She fails and Angel becomes obsessed with Willow. Oh, and there’s something that prevents Willow from aging while they are back in time so she spends a whole lot of time in the past. She does prevent the death of the gypsy girl (I think) and convinces the gypsies to give Angel his soul but without the curse. When Willow finally does get to the present day, rejoining the new timeline, Angel is still obsessed with her - does not love Buffy. In fact, there’s a mural of the place where he’d been given his soul and he has something in the painting to represent Willow, a rose maybe. I forget exactly.

Anyone know it? I read it early on, most likely back in 2008 or 2009 although it could be older than that.
