William/Elizabeth Regency Fic?

Okay, I'm looking for a William/Elizabeth Regency period fic. I can't remember much about it, but I remember that William was a Lord in the story and Elizabeth needed to marry well because the family wasn't doing so good and it was written very much in the style of Pride & Prejudice. Is this ringing any bells for anyone?

I'm guessing here because the story I am thinking of was posted so quickly I couldn't follow it, still have to read the rest but the time period fits:

The Lord and the Lady by gillypod

Summary: My story is set in the English Regency era with the date about 1815. The story revolves around the son of a penniless Duke (William a.k.a. Spike) and a rich debutante who is also the daughter of a Duke (Elizabeth a.k.a. Buffy). Elizabeth is of a mind to marry for love and William is just as sure that he needs to marry for money. William is determined to hold on to his mistress of 10 years, Lady Drusilla Angelus, and although attracted to his intended he is sure he can love only Drusilla. Will Buffy remove Spike from Drusilla's clutches or will he return again to the arms of his Dark Princess. This is my first attempt at a fanfic and I would be grateful for any constructive comments. There will be some Spike/Drusilla but this is necessary for the story. This story will be very NC-17 from early in the story. IF YOU ARE NOT OF AGE PLEASE DO NOT READ.

This is 1878 [not exactly Regency Period] but it is William/Elizabeth AH.

Nope, that's not the one. It is the right time period though, but in the one I'm looking for, it's definitely William who has the money and he doesn't have a mistress.

Is it Against All Odds (http://www.dark-solace.org/elysian/viewstory.php?sid=2155&warning=NC-17) by dusty273? Or maybe The Gambler (http://spikeluver.com/SpuffyRealm/viewstory.php?sid=34453) by greyangel? The second is early Victorian, not Regency, but Buffy--er, Elizabeth--is very definitely broke in it. And not really Pride & Prejudice-like. Okay, so maybe that's not it. :\

I found it. It was Forgotten by magz. I got my time periods mixed up, but in my defense, it's been years since I last read it. I'm kind of glad I got it confused though because now I have all these other lovely Regency fic recs that I haven't read.
