Episode rewrite of "Get it Done"

I'm looking for a one shot that was an episode rewrite of "Get it Done." Instead of Buffy encountering the three primtive Watchers when she goes through the portal, Quentin Travers is her spirit guide. In order to gain power, she is forced to face off in a fight to the death with the First Slayer. Although Buffy wins, she can't bring herself to kill the First Slayer and spares her life. The First Slayer than stabs Quentin with a spear and Buffy is able to safely return home.

I definately read this off of LJ, but can't remember where. Does it sound familiar to anyone?

That sounds like the scene described in A Life Less Ordinary by calypso woodhaven. Particularly Chapter 11.
