Spander Plus Wes and Demonic Mice

First post here so if there's a format I'm not following I apologise.
I'm looking for a long Xander/Spike fic where they move to an old multi-story house that is inhabited by Demonic Mice... They're pink and adorable and addicted to shiny, sugary things. In the end Spike and Xan set up a "gift tree" where they hang treats in return for things like Spikes lighter.
At some point earlier in the fic they meet up with Wes to heal Spike... They set up a pillow nest for him to sleep in until he's better. Wes ends up sleeping with the both of them on and off throughout the fic but its revealed he's actually head-over-heels for Gunn.
Oh and they like sushi, a lot... I think its where my current fixation for it came from LOL. Its been ages since I read it, so I'm not sure if its complete or a WIP, and I can't remember who wrote it.
