2 Spuffy Fics - Pretty Please

These 2 are bugging me, so hope you can help.

1)  At the end of season 2 both Spike and Angel get their souls - but it is Buffy who helps Spike come to terms ... and they fall in love, only to realise that he has the happiness clause, so can't consumate their relationship.

2)  I can't remember the beginning but it is an initiative fic - Buffy & Spike are together, but Spike gets re-captured and tortured.  They get him back to Giles place, but he doesn't know anyone - only that Buffy must stay away from Angel .... he gets his memories back, but is upset by how that happens ... although Buffy talks him round again.
