AU Spander Search

I am looking for a Spike/Xander pairing where they fell off the tower through the portal during the fight with Glory. They have a few tools and some miscellaneous debris with them. The world the land on is uninhabited and Spike does not have any sun problems. Willow and Tara eventually find a spell to find Xander and scry his location. They see him and Spike in an imtimate moment. The witches contact them and eventuallly move to the world with the guys. I can't remember the author or the site but I want to read this again. Please let me know if anyone knows it. Thanks!
