This one was going to be spuffy, I'm pretty sure. It was a human AU.
Buffy moved into an apartment wtih Spike and and a few other scoobies. Xander and Anya are there, and I think have the occasional threesome with Spike. He was also involved with Tara at some point in the past, and is Willow's half or step brother. That's all I remember, but I wasn't very far into it (I don't think).
